I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect space to relax and unwind. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, with a fantastic swimming area that included both an indoor and outdoor pool. I particularly enjoyed taking in the beautiful views from the pool. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, giving guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area and immerse themselves in the local culture.
This hotel is highly recommended for everyone, with its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and exceptional amenities.

It is a relatively nice structure with a good spa area, although too small for the size of the hotel. The rooms are decently decorated, although perhaps the writing on the wall could be removed to achieve greater elegance.
The room was noisy as it was just above a big hotel fan (presumably for the restaurant). As the hotel was not completely full (presumably), it would be a nice gesture to allocate more silent rooms first. The furniture is not as cosy as it should be and, at times, it looks "cheap" and not of appropriate taste, especially in the context of such a splendid mountain location.

Friendly staff and nice location.
Slow dinner service (it took more than 2 hours to have dinner). Expensive beverages (3.5eur for a bottle of water) and internet connection (2eur for 15min).

Our romantic escape to this hotel was perfect! We loved the cozy atmosphere and how everything was designed to make us feel relaxed. The spa and pool area were amazing! We enjoyed the saunas, the steam room, and the hot tub. the view of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking and it was lovely to see the snow-covered firs from the indoor pool. We also liked the fact that we had a private balcony in our room and that the staff was always helpful and polite.
Although we had a wonderful stay, there were some minor issues. the ski room was a bit small and lacked proper racks to store the equipment.

The hotel itself was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and spacious rooms. One of the standout features was the spa, which offered great massages and a beautiful indoor-outdoor pool. the location was also a plus, with nearby natural attractions and easy access to public transportation.
The restaurant was a bit lackluster, with limited options and not necessarily the best quality for the price. the ski room was subpar, so if you are planning to hit the slopes, it may be worth looking elsewhere for a more suitable accommodation.
